How Can Physiotherapy Help You?

Physiotherapy isn't just for athletes or people recovering from major injuries. It can help with a wide range of problems affecting how you move, exercise and feel day to day. At Gym 72 in Manchester City Centre, the focus is on understanding your symptoms, identifying your goals and developing an appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plan for your individual needs.

Pain & Injury Management

Whether you're experiencing back pain, neck discomfort, joint pain or a recent injury, physiotherapy can help assess your symptoms and explore ways to manage pain, improve movement and support your recovery.

Sports Injury Rehabilitation

Injuries can interrupt your training and affect your confidence. A tailored rehabilitation programme can help you rebuild strength, improve function and work towards a safe, gradual return to the activities you enjoy.

Movement & Mobility

Stiffness, reduced mobility and movement difficulties can make everyday activities more challenging. Physiotherapy can help identify contributing factors and develop practical strategies to improve your movement and physical function.
