With a strong background working pitch-side in rugby, Jon is actively involved in real-time assessment, acute injury care, and safe return-to-play decisions, regularly supporting athletes during match incidents and on-field emergencies.

Drawing on over a decade of involvement in sport and physical conditioning, Jon brings a practical and athlete-centred approach to rehabilitation. He integrates manual therapy, corrective exercise, and functional movement strategies to support recovery, improve biomechanics, and enhance long-term performance outcomes.

With a passion for evidence-based practice and athlete welfare, Jon works closely with individuals from a wide range of sporting backgrounds, helping them recover from injury, build resilience, and return to sport with confidence.
