Our studio has been designed specifically for Personal Training. Utilising a range of premium equipment to help you achieve your goals in the shortest time frame possible.
Gym 72 strength kit includes a Power Rack for various exercises such as squats, deadlifts and incline bench press. The Inspire Fitness FT2 Dual Pulley cable machine comes with the usual dual pulley attachments, but has an additional two sets of attachments and a smith bar for a wider range of exercises. We have a variety of weights benches including the olympic chest press, and full sets of olympic plates and dumbbells.
Gym 72 has a quality water rowing machine, water grinder, ski machine and a spinning bike which are all optimal for cardio focused workouts. If you come to our gym you will find a punching bag for those who enjoy boxing along with a range of benches, dumbbells, kettlebells and medicine balls. For flexibility we provide a bosu ball, fit balls and a wall bar for flexibility and balance.
Our studio is unique and has a personal touch that is not found in most membership gyms. In addition to our professional equipment, Gym 72 offers expert one to one training to ensure all exercise is performed safely and effectively.
We clean and sanitise all of our equipment regularly, and perform daily maintenance checks to ensure your safety whilst using our facility. We have two private changing rooms, both have a toilet, lockers and shower with free towel hire available. Furthermore, Gym 72 has a treatment room where we offer a range of massage services such as Sports, Deep Tissue and Swedish massage which are delivered by one of our experienced Therapists.
