In November the Gym 72 team took to Holcombe Moor and Peel Tower for a 10k walk.
The walking groups compliment our client goals and help them towards activity targets. As a general rule we ask all of our clients to do a minimum 10,000 steps every day. Our next walk will be the toughest so far and will take place at the start of January. We will be climbing Pendle Hill, which has an elevation of 380 meters and is approximately 8km to the top.
